The Queens District Attorney says prosecutors would charge Chanel Lewis, a 20-year-old unemployed resident of Brooklyn, with murder and sexual assault of Karina Vetrano. She was killed last summer after she went out for a jog on an isolated running path. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
