Islamic State launches attack away from Mosul fight - Amaq
As Iraqi forces renew their assault on Islamic State-held Mosul, the militants launch attacks elsewhere, including on the town of Dibis in Iraqi Kurdish territory, the IS-affiliated Amaq news agency says. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
